This client discussed ideas and explained their visions with our team, they were able to share images of the desired outdoor living space and where they wanted the hot tub roof cover to be installed. With communication being key the client was able to show us the environment of the mounting positions; either being a brick wall or a stone slabbed patio, and the accurate desired dimensions of the louvred pergola. With this information we are able to work with our in-house designer and produce a realistic visualisation of what the end project will look like. This gave the client a chance to see their visions, and also importantly approve or make any final changes if needed. Once everything is confirmed between the client and the team, we are able to order and commence the delivery of the hot tub pergola.

Delivery times often range from 6-8 weeks, where the client receives the product and is ready for installation. Outhounds use a nationwide network of certified skilled local trade partners to manage installations. Outhounds also provide trained engineers for full installation support, should you decide to use your own tradesmen or even install the product yourself. Once everything is in place, installations can take up to a minimum of a single day, and transforming your patio into a bespoke outdoor living space overnight.
