This brand new leisure resort in Devon, Clawford Lakes wanted a standout restaurant experience for its guests. Boasting great views, the client wanted to fully take advantage of their vista. Flexibility for fixing heaters, lighting and accessories were a must. The opportunity to adapt in all weather conditions and create a pleasant dining experience all year round was key.
OutHounds designed this bespoke glue laminated frame with 3 Ashelta Retractable Roofs, and enclosed with 7 Ashelta Guillotine Windows. Easy to fix to the wooden frame design was a perfect fit for Clawford Lakes. Airflow can be controlled simply with motorised windows and roofs.
